Overview

AIM Services ("we", "us") built the AIM Connect Pro platform as an invite-only member network. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including your right to delete your account.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Profile information: a profile photo if you choose to upload one.
• Payout information: the payout method and details you provide for commission payments.
• Activity information: the leads you submit and the commissions you earn.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and authenticate your sign-in.
• To route and attribute the leads you submit to our partner businesses.
• To calculate, track, and pay out the commissions you earn.
• To send you service notifications about your leads and payouts.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal profile information (name, email, phone, photo) and payout details are permanently removed and anonymized, and your ability to sign in is revoked.

Anonymized transaction, commission, and payout records are retained for financial and legal recordkeeping, including payout reconciliation and tax reporting. These records are decoupled from your personal identity once your account is deleted.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. The deletion is completed entirely in-app — no email or external link is required. Before deletion, any unpaid balance must be paid out. If you have an unpaid balance, you will be prompted to request a payout first.

Partner business accounts are managed relationships and are offboarded by AIM Services directly. If you are a business partner, please contact us to close your account.
